Getting fit in your 40s, 50s and beyond can bring with it some extra challenges, especially if you’re going through menopause and struggling with things like fatigue and joint pain.

The training Club is a monthly membership that offers you a mix of both live and on-demand workouts to help keep you on track with exercise during your perimenopause or menopause journey and beyond. Led by menopause expert and fitness instructor Meera Bhogal, The Training Club offers live workouts 6 days a week as well as access to recorded workouts too-so there's always plenty of support and inspiration for helping you keep to your fitness goals.

One lucky winner will get full access to The Training Club for a whole year; with a huge 11 live classes a week, which include a mix of resistance training, strength training, HIIT, Core, and Yoga.

Classes are delivered by both PT and menopause fitness expert Meera Bhogal and PT Aria Antoniou, who is a female personal trainer and online coach.
