Parsley Box was founded in 2017 by Gordon and Adrienne MacAulay following the couple’s discovery of limited ready meal delivery options for Gordon’s mother.
The company provides a growing range of cupboard-stored ready meals which require no refrigeration and have a shelf life of up to six months.
Focused on the underserved Baby Boomer+ consumer, roughly defined as those over 60, its mission is to champion and empower this misunderstood demographic, which represents a quarter of the population today.
